SERVICE ENGINEER – ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL
Reporting to Service Manager

Main Responsibilities:

 Installing and commissioning new Krones machinery
 Repairing existing Krones machinery in breakdown situations
 Surveying and overhauling existing Krones machinery
 Fitting change parts to Krones machinery
 Carrying out machinery maintenance in accordance with maintenance contracts
 Ensuring work is done within timescales and budgets allocated
 Liaising with customer regarding problems arising with Krones machinery
 Ensuring KUK and KAG are kept informed of progress in 'problem' situations
 Ensuring customer is happy with work done before leaving site
 Taking every opportunity to promote Krones whilst on customers site
 Ensuring any sales leads are passed back to sales department
 Attending meetings at customers site, as necessary
 Providing customer training, as required
