Together with our subsidiary Steinecker, we cover the entire brewing process chain from a single provider. From wort production to the stock cellar, we provide complete supplies for brew customers with equipment from our own product line.
Steinecker, a market leader in brew house technology, creates a customised process diagram for each size of brewery for the overall process. Proposals for new or replacement systems in certain areas of bear manufacturing are also available. Systems and containers are set up in production sites in Freising (Germany) and are installed on site by experienced projecting engineers and fitters. Experience from bear facilities around the world and from many specific brewing-related requirements in the past has helped produced fast and intensive stock recording and planning.
Brewery specialists place special importance on processes that save energy and don’t mishandle products, and on those that point in new directions for the brewery business. As our selection of wort cooking processes, a recently redesigned straining vat system and new filtration processes illustrate, we place the highest standards in achievable product quality, cutting down on energy use and environmental load.
