Filling occupies a central role in the entire production process.
Since every beverage has different product characteristics, the filling process is determined individually. Of course the shape and nature of the container is also important, so we have developed numerous different filling processes for our customers. Immediately after filling, the containers are closed in Krones closing machines.
With the trend for so called fresh beverages, there is increasing demand for filling systems that work under aseptic conditions and allow for optimal shelf life even without the use of preservatives. Krones uses cold aseptic systems that meet the highest demands for product quality for filling in this segment.
